- Customized referral lists to fit your budget and ideas. Referral list to include: venue, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, entertainment and décor
- Negotiation of all cost and services with vendors prior to signing of contracts
- Assistance with theme, décor, and favor selection
- Assistance with the guest list. Inquire on and record RSVP status.
- Assistance with mailing and/or assembling invitations
- Assistance with purchasing or assembling décor and favors
- Welcome baskets
- Research hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- Creation of a detailed timeline of events and distribute it to all event vendors
- Supervision of event set-up, including: rentals, décor, food and beverage
- Registration set-up and coordination
- Registration training for staff and volunteers
- Event breakdown, including: rentals, décor, food and beverage
